    ULTIMHEAT® surface heaters can be equipped with built in controls. Excepted for the surface mounting adjustable bimetal thermostat, the ingress protection of the original heater is not altered. These built in accessories are directly wired to the heating element, and covered by a bonded silicone boot. Particular attention must be taken when flat heating elements are fitted with these accessories, because their flexibility is altered. If your application requests these elements to be bended, send a sketch of your application to our engineering department. We will optimize the accessories place on the heater to comply with your installation specifications.
